Trigger Resources and Elements
Triggers control whether a part of a document will appear in the distributed document that is sent from Studio to the applicable recipients, depending on whether a certain condition is met.
For example, there may be a portion of a document that is only included if the recipient lives in California.
You can use triggers:
- By applying a trigger to a section element or paragraph element
- By applying a trigger to one or more Word paragraphs
When you insert a trigger resource into a Documaker document, it becomes a trigger element.
